• Handle monthly payroll, final payment, employee benefits, leave management, MPF administration, tax return filing etc.
• Engage in a range of HR initiatives, including staff cost budgeting, annual salary reviews, bonus distribution, and the evaluation of benefits programs
• Conduct job evaluations, compensation surveys, salary benchmarking exercises, and associated cost analyses to refine resource allocation and bolster organizational effectiveness
• Support the review and update of reward policies and practices to maximize employee engagement and retention
• Undertake additional ad-hoc projects or duties as directed by management

• University degree with a minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in Rewards, Compensation, or HR Analytics roles
• Proactive and detail-oriented individual; a collaborative team player who can also work autonomously; demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
• Demonstrated precision and a strong aptitude for managing and reporting numerical data, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Professional demeanor, equipped with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
