We are hiring a Marketing Trainee for iFAST Global Markets (iGM), a division of iFAST Corporation Ltd., which provides multiple tailored wealth management services. Our team of seasoned advisers and research experts is devoted to meeting our clients' investment needs through comprehensive solutions.

iGM aims at strengthening the transparency in product information, fees, and sales commissions, and financial advisers can provide investment and insurance advice in their client's best interest.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end video production, including pre-production, filming, and post-production editing;
• Support the creation of interview, event, and branding videos for digital platforms (e.g. YouTube, LinkedIn);
• Provide on-site support during video shoots, including camera operation and setup;
• Capture event photos and perform basic photo editing for marketing use;
• Creatively contribute design/graphics ideas and develop supporting visual assets for video content and marketing campaigns;
• Provide support for marketing events and assist with ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

• University students (Year 2 or above) pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Creative Media, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline;
• Proficient in video editing software (e.g. Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro);
• Experience with animation and graphic design tools is a plus (e.g. After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator);
• Familiar with operating cameras and basic photography/videography equipment; experience with Sony cameras is preferred;
• Eager to learn AI and adopt AI tools into workflows for content creation, editing, or workflow enhancement;
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Adaptable and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
