Costing:

• Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to determine product or service cost.
• Monitor variances between standard and actual costs.
• Conduct margin analysis and identify cost variances.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance to control cost drivers.
• Prepare regular cost reports and margin analysis for management.
• Maintain well-documented costing records for audit and compliance.

Budget:

• Assist in collecting and compiling budget data from various departments.
• Help draft preliminary budget report and documentation.
• Liaise with other departments to gather necessary budget information.
• Track departmental spending against approved budgets.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports.
• Provide administrative support to the finance or budgeting team.
• Maintain well-documented costing records for audit and compliance.
• To carry out any duties or assignments as instructed by the Head of Department (HOD).
• Application must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 2-5 years of experience in the related field Accounting or Manufacturing Operation.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft office.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
