Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Growth & Commercial Executive to drive business growth through digital marketing, performance analysis, and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns, including budget allocation, CPA, ROAS, and conversion performance.
Monitor and analyze marketing performance across content, hooks, creators, paid reviews, affiliates, and digital platforms.
Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and marketing insights.
Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behavior.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance and achieve business targets.
Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
