Job Description

Responsibilities

Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM Technical Consultant

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE development.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and supporting Dynamics CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
  • Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, workflows, and business process flows.
  • Develop plugins, custom workflow activities, and integrations.
  • Build Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Develop JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript customizations.
  • Integrate D365 CRM with external systems using REST APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or Service Bus.
  • Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Work with functional consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize CRM performance.

Candidate Profile

  • Around 5 years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
  • Strong programming skills in C#/.NET.
  • Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse.
  • Good understanding of CRM architecture and integrations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365: 5 years (Required)
  • CRM 365/CE: 5 years (Required)
