Job Description:

• Handle customer enquiries via calls and emails with timely and professional responses.
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, delivery orders, invoices, and related documents.
• Process and follow up on sales orders, including delivery status and collections.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time delivery.
• Update customers on order status and maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 2 year of relevant working experience.
• Experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Material, or Warehouse Management is preferred.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preffered
• Able to communicate in Mandarin / Hokkien to liaise with clients from China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
