We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team.

Position Summary

• Oversees and manages all aspects of raw material, production planning and control process to ensure efficient utilization of resources and optimizing material planning time & production process to meet organization goals. Develop and implement production plans, coordinate resources, monitor inventory and analyzing data to optimize production efficiency.

You will play an important role in:-

• · Responsible for production & raw material planning, analysis and performing overall planning for orders received to fulfill customer requirements and achieve company objectives.
• · Compile schedules for material planning, hardware capacity planning, manpower planning and other resources planning.
• · Plan and manage production schedules to ensure each operation meets customer delivery deadlines.
• · Liaise with sales, supply chain, purchasing, production & suppliers to ensure smooth run of production and maintain stock build at optimum level.
• · Monitor production performance in daily basis, identify WIP shortage, raw material shortage, equipment malfunction, others manufacturing concern, and resolve any potential issues in timely manner.
• · Perform production output monitoring and prepare relevant reports such as KPI, machine utilization, PDS analysis and improvement.
• · Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets, identifying areas of improvement, and support for continuous improvement
• · Involved for inventory stock count on a yearly basis.
• · Performance of other ad hoc job as assigned by the superior.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:-

• · Experience in the automotive & consumer project industry, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• · Bachelor Degree in related field

Technical

• · Advanced knowledge of manufacturing process with planning efficiency
• · Understand lean manufacturing principle.
• · Experience in capacity planning.
• · Familiar with supply chain management.

Non-Technical

• · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• · Proficiency in production planning software and tools; experience with ERP systems.
• · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
