The Account Assistant supports daily accounting and administrative activities using SQL Accounting software.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter sales, purchases, receipts, and payments into SQL Accounting.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and credit notes.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Perform bank reconciliations and update cash transactions.
• Follow up on customer payments and outstanding accounts.
• Organise accounting documents and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with monthly closing and financial reports.
• Support auditors and handle other assigned accounting duties.

Requirements

• Certificate, diploma, or equivalent qualification in accounting.
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience using SQL Accounting.
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and office applications.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
