WE’RE HIRING: CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE!

Speedex Express Logistics (M) Sdn Bhd is looking for a responsible, detail-oriented and service-driven Customer Service Executive to join our growing logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate import and export shipments from booking until final delivery Communicate with customers, shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, warehouses and other service providers Provide timely shipment updates and proactively manage delays or operational issues Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, invoices, packing lists and customs-related documents Ensure all documentation is completed accurately before vessel or flight arrival Coordinate customs clearance, haulage, delivery and empty-container returns Maintain proper records of quotations, job files, costs and customer correspondence Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally Escalate urgent issues promptly to the management team Work closely with the Operations, Sales and Finance departments Support the company in achieving service-quality and customer-satisfaction KPIs

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field At least 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping or logistics is preferred Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply Basic knowledge of sea freight, air freight, customs clearance and transport coordination is an advantage Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with logistics systems Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills Able to work independently, manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines Responsible, disciplined and attentive to detail Must demonstrate integrity, accountability and a customer-first mindset
