Job Description & Responsibilities:

*Guest registrations (check in & out)
*Handling guest reservations
*Attend to guest enquiries, needs, complaints, etc
*Able to work independently and as well as a team.

Requirements
*Able to work shifts, weekends & Public Holidays (6 days/week)
*Working hours: 7am to 3pm / 3 pm to 11 pm / 11pm to 7am
