Requirements

• Proven experience managing multiple SEO campaigns simultaneously, preferably in a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a focus on campaign performance and ROI.
• Deep understanding of SEO strategies, technical SEO, content optimisation, and algorithm updates.
• Familiarity with AI-based SEO tools and data-driven platforms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements in collaboration with senior management for scalable execution.
• Work with MediaOne’s tech teams to refine our award-winning AI SEO tool.
• Monitor and optimise SEO campaigns to maintain high client satisfaction and retention.
• Uphold MediaOne’s standards across all SEO deliverables and strategic output.
• Collaborate with internal teams to elevate campaign quality and branding impact.
• Manage and train international SEO teams to ensure peak efficiency and consistency.
• Track search trends and updates to keep MediaOne ahead of industry shifts.
• Ensure responsiveness to evolving client needs and digital search demands.
• Support development of new SEO business models including SaaS, licensing, and franchising.

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
