China Construction Yangtze River (Malaysia) Hiring! Full Time Site Civil Engineer in Johor - Ricebowl

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To check and interpret technical designs and drawings ensuring that they are followed properly
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and engineering standards
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to health and safety regulations
• To provide technical advice and resolve technical issues that arise during construction
• Prepare and maintain detailed site reports, including daily logs, progress updates, and incident documentation
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams to ensure efficient workflow and project scheduling
• Manage material procurement and inventory, ensuring quality verification and proper storage on site
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction, liaising with senior engineers and project management

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/ Structure/ Architecture) or equivalent
• 3 years and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Speak Mandarin in advance
• Construction site working experience in industrial project is an advantage
• Able to work independently. Be able to work flexible hours and work with tight schedules
