We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to create engaging visual assets that strengthen our in house brand, products, and learning materials. You will be responsible for producing high-quality graphics, motion graphics, and multimedia content for both digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency across all visual communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics, illustrations, icons, and other visual assets for company projects.
• Create layouts for books, presentation slides, educational materials, corporate documents, and marketing collateral.
• Produce motion graphics and simple animations for digital content, educational materials, and corporate presentations.
• Edit videos and multimedia content by incorporating motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects when required.
• Develop branding materials and ensure visual consistency across all company touchpoints.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print production.
• Edit images, perform photo retouching, and create simple illustrations when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce creative assets that support business and educational initiatives.
• Maintain and organize design files, templates, and brand assets.
• Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, creative techniques, motion design practices, and AI-powered design tools to improve workflow and creativity.
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or motion graphics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, graphic design, layout design, motion graphics, and multimedia projects.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent motion graphics and video editing software.
• Good understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience preparing artwork for both digital and print production.
• Experience creating motion graphics, animated visuals, and video content for digital platforms.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar AI-assisted creative tools is a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
