Our client, a prominent Private Equity firm with global presence, is looking for a dynamic Fund Operations Associate to join their team. This position involves supporting fund operations, treasury, compliance, corporate administration, and select platform-related activities. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the investment team, gaining comprehensive exposure to private equity fund operations, investor processes, and platform management within a dynamic and lean organisational structure.
Key Responsibilities - Fund Operations and Financial Support
- Assist in managing fund operations, audits, and relationships with service providers.
- Support treasury functions such as cash management, payments, and processing tasks.
- Contribute to capital calls, NAV reporting, capital account statements, and other administrative aspects of fund management.
- Compliance and Corporate Administration
- Facilitate investor onboarding processes including KYC, AML/CFT compliance requirements.
- Provide support for corporate secretarial duties, governance matters, and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate statutory filings and ensure adherence to corporate administration protocols.
- Office, Team, and Investor Logistics
- Organise internal/external meetings, conferences, and firm-related events.
- Assist in preparing AGMs, managing investor logistics, reporting schedules, and follow-ups.
- Maintain records, trackers, document control systems, filing structures, and general office administration tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
- Relevant experience in fund administration, private equity operations, financial services, corporate secretarial work or professional services roles.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ownership of responsibilities.
- Professional demeanour with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Prior exposure to fund operations, finance functions, compliance processes or corporate administration is preferred.
