Technical Business Analyst (Banking)

Location: Changi Business Park, Singapore

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong banking background to support end-to-end technology delivery. You will work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, define solutions, support testing, and ensure successful project implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Perform GAP analysis, impact assessment, and process mapping.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and technical solutions.
• Work closely with developers throughout the SDLC and Agile delivery.
• Prepare project documentation including BRD, FSD, data mapping, and interface specifications.
• Perform functional and backend testing, support SIT/UAT, and manage defect resolution.
• Analyse backend logs and troubleshoot production issues.
• Conduct change impact analysis and support system enhancements.
• Prepare user training materials and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Mandatory banking or financial services experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Jira, and Java environments.
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional documentation, backend testing, and UAT.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Able to work effectively under tight project timelines.

Nice to Have

• Experience with REST APIs or system integration.
• Knowledge of solution architecture and application design.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or Agile certifications.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 per month
