We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Events Operation Coordinator to support our events operation team. This role is responsible for coordinating daily operations schedules, planning manpower and resources, procuring event materials, and ensuring every event is fully prepared before deployment.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager, Event Directors, suppliers, and warehouse team to ensure projects run smoothly from preparation through execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily operations schedules and manpower deployment.
• Procure event materials, consumables, and equipment.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor inventory and arrange stock replenishment when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project readiness.
• Prepare operational documents and maintain accurate records.
• Support the Operations Manager with day-to-day operational planning and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in events, logistics, procurement, or operations is an advantage.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
