Responsibilities
- Planning for FG and raw material for company warehouses replenishment and also direct customer order, according to available capacity, safety stock level and material leadtime.
- Creation of Manufacturing Orders for production build, Purchase Order to purchase raw material and outsourced sterilization, as well as Delivery Orders for shipment to company warehouses and customer orders.
- Follow up with suppliers and expedite delivery according to production plan, prepare and send 12 months requirement forecast for each material by item numbers.
- Manage FG and raw material inventory to meet inventory goals.
- Interface with key business personnel across all primary functions, e.g. Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D , RA and Logistic to ensure customer schedules are attainable.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in related field in a manufacturing environment with good knowledge in Supply Chain Management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with good interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong team player with high commitment and integrity.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibilities.
- Able to work well under pressure.
