Event Management & Ground Support

Oncoming Projects & Key Focus Areas:

B2B Matchmaking & Corporate Delegations 

Large-Scale Public Events & Consumer Expos 

Trade Exhibitions, Seminars & Networking Sessions

Cross-Border Business Development & Market Entry Strategy

What We're Looking For:

Open to: All Bachelor’s Degree / coursework students

Dynamic Event Mindset: Comfortable transitioning between formal B2B corporate settings and fast-paced, high-traffic public events

Strong Communicators: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with corporate delegates, event visitors, and local Malaysian businesses

Detail-Oriented & Organized: Able to handle guest registration, event schedules, crowd flow, and ground logistics seamlessly

Fast Learners: Passionate about international business strategy, trade, and cross-border operations

(Bonus) Knowledge of Korean language is an added advantage (not mandatory)
