Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the laboratory’s annual and monthly work plans, management systems, and standard operating procedures to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate laboratory staff, organize training programs, and foster team development and motivation.
• Oversee daily testing and analysis of raw materials and products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and 6S laboratory management.
• Manage calibration, maintenance, and procurement of laboratory instruments, equipment, and consumables; maintain equipment ledgers and participate in equipment acceptance.
• Ensure laboratory safety, maintain infrastructure, and coordinate with auditors, clients, and third parties for certifications and system audits.
• Maintain and update documentation, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement of laboratory processes and performance.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, major in metal materials, chemistry, mechanical-related fields
• Five years or more of laboratory testing-related work experience, and two years or more of relevant management experience
• Familiarity with relevant national industry standards and high-temperature alloy technology and manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proficient in using office automation software,
• Proficiency in the operation and management of Nadcap and CNAS systems is an advantage
