岗位职责

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide psychological assessments and interventions for adults with developmental disabilities, ensuring a high standard of care and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct psychological assessments and prepare comprehensive reports with recommendations for intake and intervention planning.
  • Develop and implement individualised intervention plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and caregivers.
  • Deliver psychological interventions and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) while addressing behavioural, emotional, and mental health needs.
  • Participate in case management, care planning, and transition planning to enhance clients' quality of life and functional outcomes.
  • Provide consultation, coaching, and training to staff and caregivers on behavioural management and person-centred support strategies.
  • Contribute to programme development and service improvement initiatives using evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, including assessment reports and service records.
  • Monitor service outcomes, prepare reports, and support audits and quality improvement activities.
  • Attend multidisciplinary meetings and engage in professional development to uphold professional competency.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A recognised Master’s degree in Applied Psychology (Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or Educational Psychology) from an accredited institution.
  • Registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) or the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP).
  • Relevant experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is beneficial.
  • Strong commitment to person-centred and quality-of-life focused practices.
  • Ability to work effectively across various service settings and with diverse client profiles.
