Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage with overseas and local suppliers while evaluating quality, service, and price competitiveness.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage replenishments to meet requisition needs across departments and branches.
  • Ensure timely delivery, receiving, issuing, and distribution of goods to relevant parties.
  • Conduct entry and verification of supplier invoices against purchase orders for various supplies and submit to the finance department promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records in procurement and general inventory using the info care system, ensuring stock accuracy.
  • Update and file documentation for the MMD Department in adherence to ISO standards and guidelines.
  • Facilitate coordination between departments, branches, suppliers, vendors, and contractors on procurement matters.
  • Generate procurement reports and general inventory updates through the info care system.
  • Uphold safe work practices and environments in compliance with required standards.
  • Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures in a nursing home setting.
  • Participate in departmental quality assurance activities and policy reviews as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
