Job Description

Responsibilities

Join our team to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of essential systems in a dynamic environment. This role offers the opportunity to engage in both electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks while ensuring a safe workplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing, sanitary systems, electrical fixtures, and chiller plant systems.
  • Conduct daily operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and simple repairs on mechanical and electrical installations within the facility.
  • Implement and supervise all safety requirements to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Coordinate and monitor contractors' work arrangements for hard and soft services.
  • Review and oversee all tasks performed by external contractors.
  • Complete any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Nitec in Facility Management or relevant field, with a focus on electrical or mechanical services.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical and electrical services within a retail or hospitality environment, demonstrating solid technical knowledge.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Robust understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving skills complemented by effective communication abilities.
  • Availability to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
