About the Role

As a Recruitment Associate, you will be at the front line of our project success: taking full ownership from the moment a client brief lands, right up to project completion. You will be the key driver in identifying, engaging, and onboarding top-tier experts, ensuring their contributions directly address client needs. This is a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating role where every project exposes you to new industries, market trends, and decision-makers you may never have encountered before.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key decision-maker in expert selection, translating client briefs into actionable sourcing strategies that deliver impactful insights.

• Proactively jump onto calls with potential experts to personally onboard, build rapport, and secure their participation right from the start.

• Conduct targeted industry research to quickly grasp market dynamics, client pain points, and sector-specific nuances.

• Manage projects end-to-end — from sourcing and onboarding experts to overseeing deliverables until the project is officially closed.

• Develop expert screening criteria and interview questions tailored to each project’s objectives.

• Negotiate consultation rates with experts and manage all related communications with professionalism and tact.

• Collaborate with team members and cross-border offices to deliver seamless, high-quality outcomes for our clients.

• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders, C-level executives, and niche subject matter experts across international markets.

• Arrange and facilitate expert consultations using LinkedIn, email, and direct calls — ensuring swift onboarding, screening, and scheduling.

• Exercise independent judgment on matters of significance, directly influencing business operations, expert quality, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Min bachelor’s degree or above with 3 years working experiences, good in Vietnamese and English listening, speaking reading and writing skills, fluent in additional language will be added advantage,

• Excellent communication skills, and good ability to listen, express and persuade others;

• Superb ability to quickly understand project requirements and screen and recruit experts.

• Detail-oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to multitask projects in a fast-paced & changing environment both independently & collaboratively

• Good ability to work under pressure, and complete work responsibly and actively.
