Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Executive to join MKS Global, a leading design and build company in Singapore specializing in workspace projects.

This is a newly created independent role for someone who can troubleshoot, propose fresh ideas, and take initiative in driving marketing efforts. The right candidate will have the opportunity to spearhead projects and make a direct impact on the company’s growth and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives, propose fresh ideas, and identify opportunities to strengthen the company’s brand presence and business growth.
• Create and manage content across digital platforms, including social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage and update company branding materials, presentations, and project portfolios.
• Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors.
• Work closely with the sales and management team to support lead generation and client engagement.
• Take ownership of marketing projects independently and see them through from planning to execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the interior design or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Google Analytics, etc.).
