Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Description

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

- Create engaging content for Xiaohongshu (RED), TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Alibaba.

- Manage and optimize our Alibaba storefront, product listings, and B2B enquiries.

- Plan content calendars, short-form videos, and marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

- Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Work closely with our product development and sales teams to create compelling marketing materials.

- Support business development by identifying new customers and nurturing potential leads.

- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data and insights.

- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings when required.

Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Nutrition, Food Science, or related fields.

- Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and social media.

- Familiarity with Xiaohongshu (RED), Alibaba, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or CapCut is an advantage.

- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

- Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.

- Experience in OEM, FMCG, beauty, health supplements, or e-commerce is a bonus.

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
