What you'll do:

• Lead strategic programs across gaming, AI, and emerging technologies
• Build and manage partnerships with game developers, particularly in the Korean market
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver new initiatives
• Identify opportunities to grow developer communities and expand partner ecosystems
• Track program performance and drive improvements through data and insights

What we're looking for:

• 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic partnerships, or business development
• Strong background in the gaming industry with a good understanding of game development
• Familiarity with AI, developer tools, or emerging technologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Fluent in English and Korean, with the ability to engage confidently with partners in Korea

Initial 12-month contract with potential for extension based on business needs.
