About the Role

As our Full-Time Trainer & Transformation Coach, you'll be the primary point of contact for all participants in our 6-week transformation program.

You'll work closely with new clients throughout their journey—guiding them with accountability, nutrition support, fitness planning, motivation and genuine care. Your mission is to ensure every participant feels supported, stays engaged, achieves results, and continues their fitness journey with us.

Key Responsibilities

Group Fitness Coaching

• Deliver high-energy F45 group training sessions.
• Provide coaching, motivation and exercise modifications for members of all fitness levels.
• Ensure every class is safe, engaging and welcoming.
• Build strong relationships with members and create an exceptional studio experience.

Transformation Coaching

• Be the main coach and point of contact for all challenge participants.
• Conduct consultations, goal setting and progress check-ins.
• Develop personalised fitness and nutrition guidance.
• Monitor member progress and proactively follow up with clients.
• Keep participants accountable, motivated and supported throughout the program.
• Address client concerns promptly and provide solutions where needed.
• Celebrate milestones and create an outstanding transformation experience.

Member Success & Business Growth

• Deliver exceptional service that converts challenge participants into long-term members.
• Build trust and meaningful relationships with prospective and existing members.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress tracking.
• Work closely with the studio team to achieve membership and retention goals.
• Represent the F45 brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

Preferred Qualifications

• Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer certification.
• CPR & AED certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous coaching, personal training or customer service experience is highly regarded.
• Nutrition coaching experience is an advantage.
