- Formulate and implement long‑term HR strategies, workforce planning, and succession plans that support business growth.
2. Talent Acquisition & Management
- Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, employer branding, and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Drive performance management, talent reviews, career paths, and leadership development programs.
- Plan succession for key roles and build a robust talent pipeline.
3. Compensation, Benefits & Rewards
- Design and administer competitive total rewards—salary, bonuses, incentives, and benefits—ensuring market alignment and internal equity.
- Manage statutory obligations (e.g., CPF, leave, insurance) and ensure cost‑effectiveness.
4. Compliance, Employee Relations & Culture
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies; manage audits and risk.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and dispute resolution fairly and confidentially.
- Foster an inclusive culture, drive engagement, DEI, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
5. Learning, Analytics & Operations
- Lead training, upskilling, and organizational capability building.
- Leverage HRIS and people analytics to measure turnover, engagement, productivity, and inform decisions.
- Oversee payroll, HR administration, and vendor management for accuracy and efficiency.
- Partner with executives to align people priorities with company goals; advise on organizational design, change management, and leadership effectiveness.
- Lead the HR team, set KPIs, manage the HR budget, and drive operational excellence.
Pay: $16,000.00 - $23,000.00 per month
