Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Talent Acquisition

- Own the full recruitment lifecycle across consulting, technical, and corporate functions

- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, team dynamics, and role requirements

- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-quality candidates

Proactive Talent Sourcing

- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and market mapping

- Leverage multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, industry networks) to engage passive candidates

- Demonstrate creativity and persistence in identifying hard-to-find talent

Structured Hiring & Process Excellence

- Drive a well-organized, efficient, and consistent recruitment process

- Ensure high standards in candidate screening, evaluation, and interview coordination

- Maintain accurate tracking of candidates, pipelines, and hiring metrics

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent availability, market trends, and hiring strategies

- Challenge and influence stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality, timelines, and expectations

- Deliver a strong, professional candidate experience at every stage

Quality & Delivery Focus

- Prioritize quality of hire over speed, while maintaining strong delivery discipline

- Ensure candidates are well-assessed for technical capability, cultural fit, and long-term potential

- Maintain a strong sense of ownership and accountability for hiring outcomes

Key Requirements:

- 5–8+ years of experience in internal recruitment or agency recruitment within technology or consulting environments

- Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical and consulting roles

- Strong sourcing capability, with experience engaging passive candidates

- Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple roles and stakeholders

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to operate with urgency, discipline, and a strong delivery mindset
