Job Requirements:
Develop and implement the Creative China Creations Limited (CCCL) Vendor Quality Management System across the supplier network in China and other Asian countries as well as CCCL own facility in conjunction with the product development team at Hong Kong head office.

Facilitate correspondence on internal Quality Control checks between Hong Kong office (Product Development Team) & CCCL factories in Mainland China and other Asian countries, as well as 3rd party suppliers

Communicate with Hong Kong team members on technical specifications & requirements through the product development process to ensure quality standards for both product functionality, safety and compliance are met.

Establish protocols with supplier production teams to develop high-volume and quick- turnaround manufacturing processes and capabilities for new product implementation (NPI)

Conduct quality audits (IQC, IPQC & OQC) for pre- and mass-production at suppliers.

Introduce protocols for final goods inspection with supplier QC team and third-party inspectors, and SOPs for in-time reporting and rapid corrective/preventive action plan (CAPA).

Suggest quality control enhancements for both infrastructure & ERP systems as well as specific consumer products.

Utilize inspection metrics and quality improvement/control tools (e.g., DOE & FMEA) to drive continuous quality improvement with suppliers.

Liaise & coordinate 3rd party inspections with various companies such as SGS, Intertek, BV, TUV etc and help establish inspection mandates & protocols to follow.

Monitor market sale and return data and provide warning alerts to head office for quality risk management.

Lead company initiative to support overseas suppliers to attain C-TPAT validation (Customs – Trade Partnership against Terrorism - USA) as well as meet other audit or client specific audit standards such as ISO, ETL, UL, CE, BSCI, ICTI standards.

EXCELLENT COMMAND IN WRITTEN & SPOKEN ENGLISH, CANTONESE & MANDARIN SKILLS

Able to Travel to China and Asian countries for engineering sample tests, implementation and monitoring of Quality Control systems.

Candidates with at least 5 years’ experience is preferred.

The ability to work independent or part of a larger team, with the mentality & work ethic of a leader.

Familiarity with Quality control systems for consumer products is preferred.

A team leader who exhibits leadership qualities and is able to work under pressure and within time constraints.

Permanent Hong Kong ID card Holder.

Willing to work after hours if needed.

Key requirements:
Degree/Diploma holder in Electronic Engineering, with at least 5 years of solid experience in electronic consumer product development

Good understanding on US/UK/EU/Australia/Japan Markets

Excellent command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Good communication and interpersonal skills to work with counterparts

Able to work and travel independently and meet tight deadlines

Proficient in computer skills and MS Office Applications

Understand electronic circuitry in component level, able to check and comment on electronic circuitry and IC solutions.

In-depth knowledge of electronic component applications, testing skills and hardware circuit design

Hands on experience in operating test equipment such as multimeter, ammeter and oscilloscope

Coordinate weekly customer complaint meeting.

Travel to China and Asian countries and work with the factory teams when required.
