Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and revise technical and shop drawings for architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical works.
- Interpret design specifications, sketches, and calculations into accurate CAD drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure drawings are aligned with project requirements.
- Review and check drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations, codes, and standards.
- Support the submission of drawings for authority approvals and client reviews.
- Maintain and organize drawing documentation for easy retrieval and version control.
- Assist in resolving drawing-related issues during construction and ensure as-built drawings are properly updated.
- Ensure drafting deliverables meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Diploma/Degree certificate in Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Civil/Structural, or related field.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
- 2–3 years of relevant drafting experience, preferably in construction or M&E projects.
- Good knowledge of M&E systems, construction drawings, and detailing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
