Requirements:

- Able to speak in Mandarin (preferred), Bahasa Malaysia & English

- Possess at least SPM/STPM (or any equivalent) certification

- No work experience required (training will be provided) but any experience in customer service/health/medical-related field is an advantage (fresh graduates/retired staffs are encouraged to apply as well)

- Computer literate

- Team player, compassionate & patient

Job Scope:

- Manage patient registration, appointments, medication dispensing & payment collection

- Assist Doctor in medical examination, treatment & procedure

- Ensure premise's cleanliness indoor & outdoor to provide a clean and safe environment

Working hours:

- Shift system (1 off day per week)

- AM shift: 8.30am-4.00pm

- PM shift: 2.00pm-9.30pm

Start working date:

- End Sept/Early Oct 2026

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
