At Xcon Technology Solutions, we act as our clients' outsourced IT department. We help businesses manage their IT infrastructure, provide technical support, and deliver reliable technology solutions that keep their operations running smoothly.

We're looking for a passionate Senior Systems Engineer who enjoys solving technical challenges, working directly with clients, and taking ownership of their IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support multiple assigned corporate clients.

• Provide on site and remote IT support.

• Install, configure and maintain Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Network, Firewall, NAS and WiFi solutions.

• Perform hardware, software and network troubleshooting.

• Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations and deployments.

• Monitor and maintain clients' IT environments.

• Prepare technical documentation and implementation reports.

• Build strong relationships with clients by delivering professional IT support.

• Work closely with the internal team to ensure excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or Managed Services.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Networking and Firewall.

• Experience with VMware, Hyper V, NAS, Cloud solutions or virtualization is an advantage.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple client environments.

• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
