Retail Sales Consultant (Mobility & Healthcare Solutions)

Your Role

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable mobility solutions
• Demonstrate product features and benefits confidently
• Deliver a premium customer experience with warmth, patience, and respect
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays
• Stay updated on product knowledge and inventory availability
• Assist with light stock handling and showroom upkeep
• Create engaging social media content, including TikTok videos, to increase brand awareness and customer engagement

What We're Looking For

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, confident, and customer-oriented personality
• Willingness to learn and continuously improve
• Responsible, mature, and professional attitude
• Able to handle moderate physical activities when required
• Immediate availability is an advantage

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Retail sales experience
• Healthcare, rehabilitation, or medical device experience
• Experience creating social media content
• Experience in customer service or hospitality industries

Working Information

Working Hours:
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Working Schedule:
6 days per week (1 weekday rest day)

Public Holidays:
Required to work (Paid at 2x hourly rate)
