An Electrical Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining electrical systems and equipment. They ensure systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems, circuits, and components
- Prepare technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical equipment
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other engineers, contractors, and project teams
- Supervise installation and commissioning of electrical systems
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project update
Requirements / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Skills Required
- Technical knowledge (circuits, wiring, power systems)
- Troubleshooting and critical thinking
- Project management basics
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems
- Familiar with software such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, or ETAP (bonus)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Fresh graduates are welcome (for entry-level positions)
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
