• Provide excellent customer service to all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with the Company’s standards and procedures.
• Assist in cashiering duties and handle payments responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, kitchen area, counters, and equipment at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the outlet.
• Ensure proper food handling and compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Restock supplies, packaging, and ingredients as required.
• Work closely and cooperatively with other team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support promotional activities, events, and operational requirements as and when needed.
• Attend mandatory meetings, briefings, and training sessions conducted by the Company.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as may reasonably be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
