Seeking a professional, reliable, and highly discreet Personal Driver to provide dedicated transportation support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, punctual, well-groomed, and committed to delivering exceptional service while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

This role requires flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to changing schedules while ensuring every journey is safe, comfortable, and efficient.

• Provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation for the executive and authorised passengers.
• Plan the most efficient travel routes by monitoring traffic, road closures, and weather conditions.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the executive's personal and business matters.
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and presentation-ready at all times.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections, including fuel, tyre pressure, engine oil, brakes, lights, and general roadworthiness.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, repairs, insurance, road tax renewal, and other statutory requirements.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and personal belongings when required.
• Run authorised business or personal errands as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, maintenance, and travel expenses.
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company safety requirements.
• Remain flexible to support early morning, evening, weekend, public holiday, or outstation travel when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Driver, Executive Driver, Chauffeur, or similar role supporting senior management.
• Possess a valid Malaysian Class D driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Excellent knowledge of Kuala Lumpur, Klang Valley, and surrounding areas.
• Strong defensive driving skills with an excellent safety record.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
• Well-groomed with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Calm, courteous, and able to remain composed under pressure.
• Flexible to work beyond normal office hours when business needs require.
• Familiarity with navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze.
• Excellent time management and punctuality
• Strong situational awareness and judgement

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
