**Job Description**

• Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email, and other communication channels with professionalism and courtesy

• Process reservations, ticketing, and booking requests efficiently whilst ensuring accuracy of information

• Address passenger concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in accordance with company procedures



**Job Requirements**

• Possess minimum GCE 'O' Level, ITE certification, or equivalent qualification

• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous

• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to remain calm under pressure

• Comfortable working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

• Prior customer service experience is beneficial but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided
