Position Title: Shipping Executive
Working Location: Jurong West
Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (8am – 5.00pm)
Salary Package: Up to $3000 + Variable Bonus + $90 (Transport Allowance)
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Possess thorough knowledge of shipping processes including import and export documentation such as Bill of Lading (B/L), health certificates, certificates of origin, Free Trade Agreements (FTA), and vessel bookings.
Capable of independently managing and executing all shipping duties.
Coordinate with production and warehouse departments to ensure products are ready for shipment.
Organize container bookings and oversee the loading process.
Prepare and distribute all required shipping documents to customers efficiently.
Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level and or min 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in MS Office.
Knowledge of various shipping document and FTA Certificate application.
