• Market Specialisation: Staying current on project pipelines, market movements, and talent conditions across the vertical.
• Sales Objective: Delivering against monthly and annual billing targets.

Prior familiarity as a recruiter within the built environment matters as the market has a long learning curve; however, the duration of your experience is not crucial.
