Job Summary

Plan, coordinate, budget, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and compliance with safety and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Set and manage project budgets to control costs and prevent overspending throughout the construction lifecycle
• Develop detailed project schedules to ensure timely progress and avoid delays in work phases
• Hire, supervise, and coordinate subcontractors such as electricians and plumbers to maintain workflow efficiency
• Communicate project updates clearly with architects, engineers, and clients to align expectations and resolve issues
• Conduct regular safety inspections on job sites to identify hazards and enforce compliance with local building codes and regulations
