Role Description The Salesforce Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing ************* environments, including configuring objects, fields, workflows, and security settings to support business processes. The Salesforce Analyst will analyze data and user requirements, create reports and dashboards, and provide insights to improve sales, service, and marketing performance. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting system issues, supporting end users, documenting requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements and integrations. The role also involves maintaining data quality, conducting regular system audits, and assisting with user training and adoption initiatives.
Qualifications

• Experience with CRM processes, particularly in sales, service, or marketing operations, is beneficial.
• Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, integrations, and data migration tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
