Role Description The Retail Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore. This role is responsible for engaging customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable products and services. Day-to-day activities include demonstrating product features, explaining promotions, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Retail Sales Specialist will process sales transactions, maintain accurate records, and contribute to meeting individual and store-wide sales targets. The role also involves maintaining product displays, ensuring the retail area is presentable, and collaborating with team members to support store operations.
