About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineer to provide technical expertise and engineering support across a range of engineering and operational initiatives. The role involves technical planning, problem-solving, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and engineering support across assigned activities.
• Review, develop, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and specifications.
• Analyse technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend practical engineering solutions.
• Support engineering planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support project and operational objectives.
• Ensure engineering activities are conducted in accordance with applicable quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and progress updates as required.

Qualifications &Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience preparing and interpreting technical documentation and engineering standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with quality systems and regulatory requirements within a technical or regulated industry is an advantage.
