Play a key role in maintaining our Head Office, learning centres, warehouse, and printing facilities. This position requires a hands-on problem solver with both technical troubleshooting and logistics skills.
Key Responsibilities
Facilities & Maintenance
Maintain and repair equipment and premises across all locations.
Liaise with building management, landlords, and contractors for compliance and maintenance.
Provide technical support for AV/educational equipment (projectors, laptops, interactive boards).
Coordinate deliveries, installations, and renovation projects.
Source and purchase office equipment at competitive prices.
Logistics & Printing
Print, collate, pack, and deliver materials to centres.
Support relocation of centres, warehouse, and events (moving furniture/equipment).
Assist with delivery documentation, invoicing, and inventory management.
Participate in stock-taking and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
NITEC or equivalent technical qualification.
Valid Class 3 Driving License (essential).
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Basic troubleshooting skills for office/AV equipment.
Physically able to lift and move furniture/equipment.
Strong organisational skills and proactive problem-solving attitude.
