Job Summary

You will support kitchen operations by efficiently cleaning dishes and utensils, maintaining a clean and safe work environment in a small restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to meet hygiene standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area to ensure a safe work environment
• Manage dishwashing workflow to support kitchen staff during operating hours
• Dispose of waste properly and assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks as needed
