Diagnose common hardware and software issues such as screen problems, battery issues, charging faults, and software errors.

Assist with mobile phone setup, data transfer, software updates, and device configuration.

Perform installation of phone accessories such as screen protectors, cases, and other accessories.

Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding device usage and maintenance.

Maintain proper handling of customer devices during repair and service.

Keep the repair area clean, organised, and ensure tools are properly maintained.

Assist in daily shop operations and support sales activities when required.
