Rate: RM 3,000 - 5, 000 + Guaranteed Commission!
Location: Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Working days: 5-6 days a week

Overall Job Objectives:

The Senior Head Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality head and scalp treatments to clients, providing exceptional spa services, and overseeing the operations of the head spa therapy team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide scalp treatments, perform professional hair scalp analysis for customers, including shampoo, blow-dry, basic head massage, and related services
• Provide the right solution to the customer by consulting, listening and applying technical know-how
• Understand the fundamentals of sales and hair care and constantly strive to improve skills by learning and researching in the field
• Maintains spa and treatment room appearance, cleanliness and safety standards according to standard operating procedures
• Monitor stock levels of in-house products and ensures that stock levels are maintained at all times
• Provide excellent service and create exceptional experiences for customers.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist or related field
• Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and cheerful
• Service oriented and well-groomed
• Focused, responsive and alert
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
• Able to work on shifting schedules, weekend and public holiday

KEY DELIVERABLES:

• Ensure a high rate of client retention and positive feedback through exceptional service and attention to detail.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members to help them improve their skills and grow in their roles.
• Actively promote and recommend hair and scalp care products to clients, contributing to retail sales targets.
