Your new role

• Support the team in client onboarding and KYC processes.
• Manage onboarding cases from initiation to completion.
• Collect and review client documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure all client information meets regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including client advisors, compliance, and operations teams.
• Follow up on outstanding items to ensure smooth and timely account opening.

What you'll need to succeed

• ~1-2 years of experience in banking or financial services (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of KYC/onboarding processes is an advantage.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Fluency in English, with conversational Cantonese and Mandarin.
