Join Bank SinoPac’s Wealth Management Product Team to drive insurance governance, strategic broker partnerships, and frontline sales enablement.
Job Responsibilities:
Product Governance & Lifecycle Management
Manage insurance agency products, including product onboarding, maintenance, and ongoing due diligence
Maintain the approved product universe and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of agency insurance products
Partner with Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations to ensure effective product governance and execution
Partner & Stakeholder Management
Support communication with insurance referral partners and brokers, and maintain strong working relationships
Monitor partner performance, including product competitiveness and service quality
Act as a key liaison between the front office, control functions, and external partners
Training & Advisory Support
Deliver training on insurance products, covering product knowledge, market trends, and regulatory requirements
Equip frontline staff with effective client communication tools and sales materials to support business development
Provide advisory support to Relationship Managers on complex client cases
Market Intelligence & Performance Monitoring
Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging risks
Analyze business performance and channel mix to drive improvements
Provide timely market insights to support frontline advisory and sales activities
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline, with 3+ years of experience in insurance or product management within a bank, insurer, or brokerage
IIQE qualified and eligible for Hong Kong insurance licensing
Solid knowledge of life insurance and protection products
Familiarity with product governance, due diligence, and suitability frameworks
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Detail-oriented, with high integrity and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
